FORM64 Architecture was established in 2006 by Scott Schwartz in Southern California, after 22 years in the industry, with the intention to design and develop unique architecture for the discreet clientele he had connected with over the years, as well as design and build his own real estate development projects.
Scott, a 4th generation San Diego native now living in Palm Springs, CA, did undergraduate studies in Architecture and completed a Master’s Program in Psychology. He has over 40 years of professional experience working in San Diego, San Francisco, Palm Springs, Atlanta, and Western Colorado where he designed and developed premium, off-grid projects.
Our experience covers a broad spectrum of Architecture, Architect of Record, Construction and Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Owner’s Representation as well as Internal Process Improvement projects for other small (-$50m annual) AEC firms.
