EXPERIENCE & QUALFICATIONS

FORM64 Design + Build Inc. was established in 2006 by Scott Schwartz in Southern California, after 22 years in the industry, with the intention to design and develop unique architecture for clients as well as design and build his own real estate development projects.

Scott, a 4th generation San Diego native now living in remote Western Colorado off-grid, did undergraduate studies in Architecture and completed a Master's Program in Psychology. He has 35 years of professional experience working in San Diego, San Francisco, Atlanta and Colorado. His resume covers a broad spectrum of architecture, construction, development, project and process management and improvement as well as computer related fields.

Scott works with the clients and project managers to develop initial designs and concepts and oversees the entire project from conception to completion, taking a very hands-on approach from site surveys to design to thowing on his bags and building any trade.
