Successful speculative residence designed, built and developed by FORM64 on 25′ wide infill lot with a 17′ wide structure. Every room has 3 sides light and ventilation in the efficient floor plan. We have since gone on to design and construct many projects on our now favorite 25′ wide lots in San Diego and San Francisco for discrete clientele.
The corrugated metal and fiberglass rainscreen siding system and all 15,000 screws, as well as all on-site steel finishes, interior casework and finish details were installed solely by Scott during this focused, personal development project.
