Speculative residence designed, built and developed by FORM64 on a narrow, wooded canyon lot in San Diego with extensive fire mitigation measures. The rainscreen siding system is fabricated from 1×8 cement board planking and the 18,000 countersunk screws were installed by Scott and an assistant, during this focused, personal development project.
